TRAINING SESSIONS

Training Sessions help you improve your movement & build confidence in your abilities with the support of a certified personal trainer. Oaks Fit offers 45, 60, & 90 minute individual, partner, & group online Training Sessions. Oaks Fit also offers 60 & 90 minute in home Training Sessions depending on your location.
RESTORATIVE SESSIONS
Looking for less intensity on your low energy days? Oaks Fit now offers Restorative Sessions to focus on mobility and flexibility while staying consistent with your movement.
MINDSET COACHING
Is your mindset about your relationship to exercise, nutrition, and/or yourself holding you back from reaching your goals? Mindset coaching helps shift your perspective to keep you motivated & consistent.
NUTRITION COACHING
