Oaks Fit offers online & in-person Training Sessions focused on increasing strength, stability, & endurance as well as Restorative Sessions to focus on mobility & flexibility. Oaks Fit now offers Mindset Coaching Sessions to you help make positive shifts in your perspective on fitness & Nutrition Coaching Sessions to provide focused nutrition support so you can succeed while also enjoying your fitness journey.

Your personalized Oaks Fit program meets you where you are, challenges you just enough for your current fitness level, & focuses on gradual, sustainable improvements with exercises tailored to your goals.

Each program is personalized based on your individual movement needs & fitness goals. Oaks Fit provides you with the most effective & efficient exercises to improve on your weak points while challenging your strengths.
Functional Strength
Functional strength is essential to Oaks Fit's approach to resistance training. We focus on helping you gain strength & confidence to go about your daily activities & keep up with your hobbies. We consider everything from bringing in the groceries to getting up from a chair.
Injury Prevention
Minimal Equipment
Oaks Fit's training style helps you improve mobility, flexibility, and stability so you can stay consistent with your workouts & avoid injury. We utilize "prehab" exercises to strengthen & mobilize areas that may otherwise be neglected.
Oaks Fit lives by the mantra of less is more. You don't need rows of machines and endless dumbbells to get stronger. We can program hundreds of different exercises & keep you challenged for months with resistance bands, dumbbells, a mat, & your body!
TRAINING SESSIONS
Oaks Fit offers online & in-home training sessions with just you & your trainer. Training sessions are vital for gaining confidence, improving form, & working on your muscle imbalances before you consider working out independently. The program is best suited for training sessions once or twice weekly to start. It is highly recommended to participate in training sessions weekly for at least the first 1-3 months of training to ensure that you start out strong.
RESTORATIVE SESSIONS
Looking for less intensity on your low energy days? Oaks Fit now offers Restorative Sessions to focus on mobility and flexibility while staying consistent with your movement.
MINDSET COACHING SESSIONS
Is your mindset about your relationship to exercise, nutrition, and/or yourself holding you back from reaching your goals? Mindset coaching helps shift your perspective to keep you motivated & consistent.
NUTRITION COACHING SESSIONS
Curious how nutrition can help you reach your fitness goals, whether it's weight loss, maintenance, or muscle gain? Book a nutrition coaching session to uncover personalized suggestions to improve your nutrition.
