THE OAKS FIT PROGRAM & YOU

The Oaks Fit Program is an online & in-person resistance training program focused on increasing strength & balance so you can feel confident to take on any day.

 

The program is personalized to meet you where you’re at, rather than subject you to workouts that push you past your limits & leave you resenting exercise. Oaks Fit delivers the right amount of challenge for your current fitness level & gradually pushes you to improve through the most appropriate exercises tailored to your goals & needs. ​

Personalization

Each program is personalized based on your individual movement needs & fitness goals. Oaks Fit provides you with the most effective & efficient exercises to improve on your weak points while challenging your strengths.

Functional Strength

Functional strength is essential to Oaks Fit's approach to resistance training. We focus on helping you gain strength & confidence to go about your daily activities & keep up with your hobbies. We consider everything from bringing in the groceries to getting up from a chair. 

Injury Prevention

Minimal Equipment

Oaks Fit's training style helps you improve mobility, flexibility, and stability so you can stay consistent with your workouts & avoid injury. We utilize "prehab" exercises to strengthen & mobilize areas that may otherwise be neglected.

Oaks Fit lives by the mantra of less is more. You don't need rows of machines and endless dumbbells to get stronger. We can program hundreds of different exercises & keep you challenged for months with resistance bands, dumbbells, a mat, & your body!

TRAINING SESSIONS

Oaks Fit offers online & in-home training sessions with just you & your trainer. Training sessions are vital for gaining confidence, improving form, & working on your muscle imbalances before you consider working out independently. The program is best suited for training sessions once or twice weekly to start. It is highly recommended to participate in training sessions weekly for at least the first 1-3 months of training to ensure that you start out strong.

NUTRITION

The Oaks Fit Program includes personalized nutrition support based on the principles of Intuitive Eating to compliment your new training regimen. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply improve your relationship with food, Oaks Fit will help you make sustainable changes to your nutrition to ensure you fuel your workouts and promote muscle growth and recovery. Oaks Fit empowers you to enjoy the foods you love while recognizing food as fuel for life.

OUR APPROACH

  • One week of photo meal logging with photos in the Oaks Fit App to help your trainer give personalized suggestions

  • Support & accountability for long-term nutrition goals based on weight loss, intuitive eating, and/or muscle building goals

  • Optional monthly goals based on the principles of Intuitive Eating (rejecting diet culture, feeling your hunger, etc)

MONTHLY

Includes one Training Session with your trainer each month. Great for clients who are looking for some guidance but want to work out independently.

WEEKLY

Includes one Training Session each week for clients wanting more support from their trainer throughout the month.​​​

BI-WEEKLY

Includes two Training Sessions each week & is best suited for clients in need of accountability & help throughout the week.

All pricing based on 60 minute in home and online Training Sessions. Pricing includes all membership benefits listed on the home page. Clients may choose hybrid option of both in home and online training. Other session duration options include 45 minute and 90 minute online Training Sessions and 90 minute in home Training Sessions.
